Kulfi recipe – A dessert for summers

- Mango Kulfi
Ingredients
- Mango pulp – 500 gm
- Full cream milk – 1 litre
- Corn flour – 2 tablespoons mixed in cold milk
- Nestlé MILKMAID -½ tin (200 gm)
Procedure to make Mango Kulfi Recipe
- Start boiling milk and Nestlé MILKMAID together in a non-stick pan. Keep stirring for 10-15 minutes.
- Now add cornflour mixture in the pan and continue to stir till the mixture thickens. Switch off the flame and allow it to cool.
- Once cooled, add the mango pulp and mix well. Pour the mixture in the moulds and freeze it for 3-4 hours.
Your mango kulfi is ready to be served.
- Badam and Kesar Kulfi
Ingredients
- Finely chopped almonds – 12-15
- Kesar strands – 7-10
- Full cream milk – 1 liter
- Corn flour – 2 tablespoons mixed in cold milk
- Nestlé MILKMAID – ½ tin(200) gm
Badam and Kesar Kulfi Recipe
- Use a non-stick pan to heat the Nestlé MILKMAID and full cream milk together. Once the mixture boils, allow it to cook on low flame for another 15 minutes.
- Add the cornflour mixture and keep stirring to avoid the lumps in the mixture. Once the mixture is thick in consistency, switch off the flame, and allow it to cool.
- Add chopped almonds and saffron (kesar) in the cooled mixture and then start filling the same in the mould.
- Allow the moulds to be chilled for 3-4 hours in the freezer, and it is ready to serve.
- Pista Kulfi
Ingredients
- Finely chopped pistachios – 12-15
- Full cream milk – 1 liter
- Corn flour – 2 tablespoons mixed in cold milk
- Nestlé MILKMAID – ½ tin/ 200 gm
Procedure for Pista Kulfi Recipe
- In a non-stick pan, heat Nestlé MILKMAID and full cream milk together. Once the mixture boils, allow it to cook on low flame for another 15 minutes.
- Add cornflour mixture and keep stirring to avoid the lumps in the mixture. Once the mixture is thick, switch off the flame and allow it to cool.
- Add chopped pista in the cooled mixture and finally pour the mixture in the moulds.
- Wait for 3-4 hours for your pista kulfi is ready to serve.
